I made an online purchase at 8:30pm for $96.34, great sale and a free shipping coupon! However, by morning the amount had changed to $98.12, which I questioned mentally but assumed it was some surcharge, possibly a Covid-19 charge I've seen on other sites? Then a few hours later I receive an email saying my order was being processed but NOW they were charging me $114.31! No free shipping, and no explanation of the price increase! I call customer service assuming they would help me but NO! Nothing she could do and I wasn't allowed to cancel the order! It hadn't been 24hrs! 2 price increases and I'm not allowed to cancel my order!? Never again will I buy from Especially Yours and I'm telling everyone I can to stay away from them! They cannot be trusted and clearly don't care about customer satisfaction!
Charged for protection plus of $2.99 when I specifically said "No". Was told that purchase call would be reviewed and I had to call back in four or five days to check their findings. Could not return liners (ok with that). Wanted to return items but too much hassle. Will not deal with company again.

I returned 2 items and it's been over a month still have not receive my refund every time i call i get a different answer.No one seem to know the policy. I was told that my return was there and it would yake 7 to 14 days to process but item was not there becsuse it wad return to my house because the smartpost lanel was damaged i call customer service trying to get a new lable buy they dont resend had to pay 30 dollars to ship it back. Poor quality
I bought 5 items in clothes and shoes for $295.05 in one order and the company shipped them in two separate orders because one item was not in stock. The items fitted too large (except one item) and I request to exchange the other 4 items for smaller sizes. Customer service was so rude that I decided to return the 4 items instead of exchange. I package the return items in one box to which the company customer service says they would deduct $9.95 for return shipping. Well, they only refunded me $202.02 and the cost of the item I kept cost $39.99. They kept $45 with no explanation. I will never purchase from them ever again. They are a rip-off and customer service is nice before you purchase and afterwards they were very rude. I called to inquiry why they did not refund me the cost minus the items I kept, plus shipping and the lady says they charge 2 shipping costs because there were two original packages (even though one package was returned), then she assumed that the rest of the items I returned were probably not in the original boxes. Additionally, the clothes looked good in the pictures but the shoes are very unstable and wobbly - poorly made and the clothes have no hemming nor have a nice finish look. Again, you can find better quality with other companies, just not EY.

My advice steer clear. It's not worth the cheap hot mess they send. Wig too small. Sent back. Order on deferred payment. Ordered in March returned in April wasn't due to start paying til May. Charged me 8.95 for return shipping plus $19.95 for a restocking fee. The wig was $39.95. Total rip off! Complete nonsense.
After a recent purchase of an article of clothing for my wife on mother's day from this website then getting the article of clothing with a serious rip half way across the back side to the front of the dress. Sad like where was the Q&C person to allow this article of clothing to be put in a plastic bag and shipped to a customer? Not to mention since they've received the item back 05-13-2021 they've still not processed my refund? Call them today 05-24-2021 and they say it's still being processed? Never again!
Wow! Just wow! I wish their customer service was as Great as their merchandise! Heres the deal there are other plus size companies to purchase from. Ashley stewart, lane Bryant, midnight velvet. Nevertheless E. Y. HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. I cancelled my order that how bad the service was. I hope they purge the customer service and get better people!
I called the company because they tried to charged my credit card (that I paused) $34.99. I explained that I returned an item so I really shouldn't be charged, I should get a refund. The rep explained that they just received my returned item today and will charge me for the item, I'll see a refund. Apparently, they charge you for a returned item again before they credit you for it. I wanted to understand the logic behind that, the rep said (RUDELY), "BECAUSE WE JUST GOT YOUR RETURN TODAY SO YOU WON'T SEE YOUR REFUND FOR 2 TO 3 BIZ DAYS"! I asked her why were they charging me so soon then and she replied "MA'AM, I JUST EXPLAINED THAT TO YOU"! I basically told the rep that I'm disconnecting our call because of her attitude, her responds was "that's fine". Especially Yours, do yourselves a favor and get your reps some Customer Service training. We all have bad days but that doesn't mean that you can be rude to customers.
I received a promo email from Especially Yours on 4/26/2021. I placed an on-line order on 4/27/2021 and used the promo code in the email. I was overcharged on my order. I called them to get this adjusted with the deferred billing department. EVERYONE in that department that I spoke to was rude and nasty. I was called a liar, I was told the email that I received did not exist. I finally spoke to Barbara Duff and she asked me to email a copy of the email that I received. She asked to put me on hold while she viewed the email. She left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call them 6 times and spent 3 hours on the phone. I was informed that Barbara went to lunch, while I was still holding on the phone. After 3 more calls, I was able to speak to Barbara again-she offered no apology or explanation as to why she left me on hold. She did admit that the email did exist, but said she could do nothing about it because it was a marketing error. Two days later, I received an email from Karen MacLeod. This email contained all of their customer's deferred orders... information that I should not have seen! I am still appalled with this business, and to date my issue has not been resolved. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I am done with them. Note-this is not the first time that they have sent me a promo email and not honored what it said!

This is a company that doesn’t like to take returns back and if they take it back you will loss about 1/3 of what you spend. I learned to not to take the chance.
Georgia and supervisor Christina I had the most unpleasant experience in talking with these two women! Very disrespectful mouths and I'm 63 years old and talked to me like they were my mother! I will never ever place anymore orders with this company! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
